In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register and use the ora87 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming platforms in your jurisdiction;
3. You are accessing the platform in your own name and for your personal, non-commercial entertainment;
4. You are not acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party;
5. You do not currently hold, and have never previously held, a suspended or terminated ora87 account;
6. You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of ora87 or its affiliated software providers;
7. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

ora87 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ora87 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the ora87 platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in your name. You must not impersonate any other person or use false identification details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ora87 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. ora87 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials.

ora87 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Accounts found to have been registered using false information are subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

ora87 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC clearance. ora87 may also request KYC documentation at any time during a Player's account lifetime, including but not limited to when account activity is flagged as unusual or when a Player's cumulative deposits exceed a specified threshold.

Standard KYC documents required may include:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk, or passport);
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia dated within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or official letter);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a bank statement showing your name and account number for BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri);
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, as requested.

Documents must be submitted in a legible format with all four corners visible. ora87 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Verification is typically completed within 1–3 business days. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held in a pending state. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the ora87 Privacy Policy.

All deposits on the ora87 platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ora87 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time; Players should refer to the deposit page within their account for the current list.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the sole authorized owner of the payment method used. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your own name will be declined and returned, less any applicable bank fees.

ora87 does not charge a processing fee for standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which ora87 accepts no liability. Deposits are credited to your ora87 balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor; typical credit times are under five minutes for e-wallets and under fifteen minutes for bank transfers during standard banking hours.

ora87 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or impose limits on any deposit at its absolute discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the same name as your ora87 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. ora87 applies a same-method policy where possible — funds will be returned to the original deposit channel first.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met:

1. The Player's account has passed KYC verification;
2. The full wagering requirement on any active bonus has been satisfied;
3. No withdrawal request is already pending processing;
4. The account is in good standing with no open investigations for fraud or policy violation.

ora87 does not apply withdrawal fees on standard requests from verified accounts. In circumstances where a Player requests a withdrawal of a deposit that has not been wagered at least once, ora87 reserves the right to deduct a 5% administration fee to cover payment processing costs. This condition exists solely to prevent money-laundering through zero-play deposit-withdrawal cycles and does not apply to Players with a normal wagering history.

ora87 aims to process all eligible withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated above. However, during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required, processing times may be extended. Players will be notified via their registered email address in such circumstances.

ora87 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms accompanying the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus funds and free spins are credited to Player accounts at ora87's discretion and may be withdrawn only after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30× the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower requirements, which will be disclosed at the point of opt-in.

Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Imlek, Ramadhan, and Independence Day (17 August) — are offered at ora87's discretion and are subject to availability. All bets placed on the ora87 sportsbook and casino games are subject to the specific game and market rules published within the platform, in addition to the general principles set out below:

4. Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms to generate risk-free profit;
5. Colluding with other Players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage;
6. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud;
7. Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after consuming gaming services;
8. Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the ora87 platform or its software;
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing ora87 staff or other Players via any communication channel;
10. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Where liability cannot be wholly excluded by law, ora87's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ora87 account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The ora87 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ora87 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of any game outcome displayed.

By registering on ora87, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the ora87 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated by reference herein.

In summary, ora87 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. ora87 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law to the extent that such rights cannot legally be excluded or limited.
